Job Summary
The Customer Success Integration Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and Customer Engagement Managers, facilitating key stakeholder communications and driving successful platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in technical program management, platform enablement, or enterprise technology delivery, with responsibility for coordinating and managing the end-to-end setup, deployment, and governance of enterprise technology platforms. This role partners closely with development teams, architecture review boards, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless platform provisioning, access management, and compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
Coordination with business application alignment and governance review boards.
Prepare and submit documentation to create Use Case/Intake ID
Coordinate review board approval process for Phase 1 and Phase 2
Facilitate post-development deployment final approvals review boards
Cloud Platform & Subscription Management
Manage digital environment access
Oversee subscriptions to appropriate agentic platforms
Identity, Server Access, and Infrastructure Management
Create and maintain Active Directory (AD) Groups
Provision service accounts for Non-PROD and PROD environments and ensure connectivity to data sources
Identify and provision data, application and reporting servers
Implement server security protocols and validate connectivity via service accounts
Data Management & Validation
Validate data in Non-PROD and PROD environments
Validate data encryption/decription across all environments
Software Development Platform Management
Ensure complete setup of GitLab (including SonarQube, Artifactory, Hashicorp Vault (Non-PROD/PROD), SNYK, Langfuse, and Okta)
Initiate GitLab user access for project owner and developers
AI Agent Platform Management
Set up and configure DataRobot Agentic Platform
Provision DataRobot Dev GenAI environment
Configure DataRobot Postgres Database
Data Services and Reporting Management
Identify process and protocols for providing data results from Agentic program
Oversee development of dashboard reporting applications from Agentic programs
Eligibility Requirements
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of cloud platforms
Experience with GitLab administration and CI/CD pipeline management
Knowledge of DevSecOps tools (SonarQube, Artifactory, Hashicorp Vault, SNYK)
Familiarity with Agentic AI/ML platforms (DataRobot experience preferred)
Understanding of Active Directory and identity management systems
Knowledge of server security, whitelisting, and network access controls
Experience with database management (PostgreSQL)
Project Management Skills
Proven experience managing technical infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of architecture review processes and governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple teams
Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities, and self-start mentality
Self-starter who anticipates project risks to drive actionable solutions and taking full ownership from strategy to execution to ensure successful outcomes
Soft Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail, particularly in access management and security
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Customer-focused mindset with ability to manage expectations
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Proven ability to lead technical projects and platform engineering initiatives
Hands-on knowledge of cloud technologies and infrastructure management practices
Understanding of ARB processes, enterprise architecture reviews, and IT governance frameworks preferred.
PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Work Environment
- Collaboration with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Occasional after-hours support for critical deployments
This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate complex technical initiatives while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence across all platform environments.
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$190,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
