Job Description
Tellworks Logistics is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Analyst to support customer service and warehouse operations. The candidate will be an onsite internal and external customer service and system analyst. This role is responsible for day-to-day operational and customer account activities (including order management, reporting/analysis, inventory monitoring, & project management activities). The candidate will perform duties as assigned under the direction of management to support a major telecommunications client. This role will work directly with internal and external clients for daily communication, identifying system issues and resolution, analyzing data trends, and supply reporting.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
· Primary liaison between the customer, commercial organization, IT resources and internal support functions
· Utilize Microsoft office suite to support daily operations, reporting, and customer communications
· Gather, prioritize, and communicate functional and technical requirements to the appropriate cross-functional organizations
· Support the implementation, testing, and execution of proposed/new solutions for key development
· Maintain ongoing communications with external clients, IT and operations to ensure excellent service and issue resolution
· Manage customer correspondence and provide timely responses to inquiries and requests
· Analyze operational data, identify trends, and assist with problem resolution and process improvements.
Qualifications:
· Self-motivated professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with both non-technical and technical teams
· Strong customer service and relationship skills, ability to work in team-oriented environment
· Proficient to expert in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
· Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
· Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
· Experience with data analysis, data mining and manipulation preferred
Education:
· High School diploma or GED required
· 1 or more years of customer service experience preferred
· Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
