SALARY
Negotiable based on experience.
REPORTS TO
Customer Service Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
Initiates, coordinates, and follows customer orders and shipping details ensuring correct items are received by the customer as ordered and are correctly invoiced. Works with Account Managers to supply the Rollguard product line. Responsible for invoicing customers and addressing customer issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide communication links between the customer, design, production, sales, and outside vendors.
- Manage all aspects of customer orders; including, but not limited to estimating, quoting, purchasing, order entry, building relationships, invoicing, managing inventory levels, and job costing
- This position does provide coverage for the Receptionist when on vacation or work breaks.
- Other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or printing is a plus
HOURS
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm, typically 8-hour shifts with flexibility.
