Paraglide is a fast-growing AI startup, backed by the investors behind Anthropic, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Twitch. We build AI agents for back-office finance teams, helping them manage their email inbox and get paid faster.

We're a team of 20, based in Malmö and London. The role is in person in central Malmö

About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Engineer to own the technical implementation of Paraglide with our customers. You’ll work directly with customer IT and finance teams to connect Paraglide to their systems and make sure the right data is flowing so that the AI agents have the right context

What you’ll do

  • Own the technical integration from kickoff to go-live, working closely with customer IT and internal Engineering.

  • Connect Paraglide to ERPs, CRMs, billing systems, email and other data sources through APIs, SFTP, webhooks and other methods.

  • Build new integrations, data transformations and event-based workflows when needed.

  • Troubleshoot data and integration issues and turn recurring customer requirements into reusable product capabilities.


What we’re looking for

  • 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, integrations, implementation engineering or a similar technical role.

  • Comfortable with APIs, databases, JSON, webhooks and data flows, and able to write code when required.

  • Strong communicator who enjoys working directly with customers, including their IT teams.

  • Highly pragmatic and resourceful: you enjoy figuring out how to get something working when there isn't an obvious answer.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP / finance systems such as SAP, Dynamics, Oracle or similar

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations or integrations.

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth technology company.
