Job Description:
As a Customer Engagement Manager at Ryder, you will be the driving force behind growing and retaining a portfolio of commercial fleet accounts in the Denver market. This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role designed for motivated professionals who are ready to launch a long-term career in B2B sales and fleet solutions.
You will work with small to mid-sized accounts of 1-4 units, and serve as their go-to resource for Ryder's services — including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, and Fleet Management. This role offers a clear pathway into more complex, higher-revenue sales opportunities as you build your experience and prove your results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
$60,000 base + commission. First-year managers average $15,000-$20,000 in additional earnings.
Schedule: Monday to Friday during business hours

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Sales & Grow Your Territory
Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and profit targets
Develop a strategic sales penetration plan to grow Ryder's share of wallet
Prospect new business and present Ryder's capabilities to decision-makers
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with internal teams
Manage & Retain Your Accounts
Maintain regular in-person and virtual contact with your customer base
Conduct scheduled account reviews and monitor customer satisfaction
Proactively resolve issues and serve as a connector between customers and Ryder departments
Keep CRM records current with account activity and insights
Be a Trusted Advisor
Educate customers on new services, policy updates and operational best practices
Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business goals and objectives
Continuously sharpen your sales skills, industry knowledge and professional development
