We’re looking for an energetic and detail-driven Customer Account Coordinator to be the connection between our customers, production, shipping, and scheduling teams. This is a high-impact role where your communication, organization, and customer service skills will help drive success every single day. What You’ll Be Doing:  Process customer orders and schedules  Communicate shipping updates and delivery timelines  Expedite orders and help solve customer challenges  Coordinate with production, scheduling, and shipping teams  Maintain pricing, tooling logs, and customer data  Support future quoting and sales activities  Build strong customer relationships and provide top-notch service What We’re Looking For: Strong multitasking and communication skills Attention to detail and a sense of urgency Positive attitude and team mentality Customer service, account coordination, or inside sales experience preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Qualifications Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required.      Desired Education and Experience: Associate degree or related experience preferred. Previous customer service, account coordination, inside sales or quoting experience preferred. Work Environment Work is primarily performed in an office environment within an active aluminum foundry facility. You will have frequent interaction with production, shipping, and warehouse personnel. This role will be exposed to manufacturing noise, forklift traffic, temperature changes, and industrial environments when entering the production floor.    Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.   While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.  Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry. Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the office and production areas as needed.
