About the Role

If you love blending strategy, data, and collaboration, this role puts you right at the center of it all. Supporting The Collective, you’ll work in a fast-paced, idea-driven creative environment where strong commercial thinking helps shape smart sales decisions and high-impact client work. From pricing strategy and contract support to Salesforce optimization and pipeline reporting, you’ll help turn big-picture goals into practical, scalable processes. You’ll also partner closely with senior leadership to drive growth, efficiency, and strong business outcomes across the sales journey.

You’re Good At

• Turning data into action, especially when it comes to pricing, forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales performance insights
• Working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and detail-heavy projects are part of the day-to-day
• Supporting sales processes end to end, including RFP response support, proposal review, vendor enablement, and contract coordination
• Keeping Salesforce clean, useful, and effective through reporting, troubleshooting, SOP documentation, and team training
• Building strong partnerships across leadership, finance, legal, and client engagement teams to keep projects moving smoothly
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Experience supporting a creative, agency, or Collective-style business where commercial strategy meets client-facing delivery
• Familiarity with contract documents like Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Letters of Intent, and addendums
• Confidence using tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, and Excel to manage reporting, project workflows, and process improvements
• Strong business writing and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy and professionalism
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the emotional intelligence to navigate cross-functional relationships effectively

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Commercial & Customer Success Coordinator  is between $55,000 - $65,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
