About the role

At Elevate Teams, the Client Success Manager isn't a support seat, it's a revenue seat. You own client relationships end-to-end: driving satisfaction, resolving escalations before they become problems, and leading expansion through sharp, ROI-backed proposals.

What you'll own

Revenue & growth

• Drive VA placement growth through systematic account expansion
  
• Lead ROI-focused expansion conversations across your book
  
• Keep an active, healthy expansion pipeline at all times
  
• Build, pitch, and close tailored upsell proposals
  
• Run strategic QBRs for multi-VA and key accounts
  
• Catch growth, satisfaction, and capacity signals early, in every check-in
  

Retention & client success

• Be the primary relationship owner for multi-VA and expansion-ready accounts
  
• Own satisfaction and long-term retention across your portfolio
  
• Spot churn risk before it escalates — and act on it
  
• Personally resolve revenue-critical escalations with urgency and poise
  
• Know each client's business drivers and success metrics cold
  
• Partner with recruiting, training, and ops to deliver client outcomes
  

Team & operating rhythm

• Mentor junior team members, bring them into expansion conversations and coach them on growth strategy
  
• Share playbooks and case studies across the Client Success team
  
• Keep the CRM airtight: interactions, opportunities, outcomes
  
• Rebalance your book regularly to maximize growth and coverage
  
• Report weekly on client health, retention risk, and expansion progress
  
• Run a consistent cadence of proactive outreach and strategic planning
  

What you bring

• Proven experience managing and developing people, direct people management required
  
• A strong track record in Client Success, Account Management, or Growth roles
  
• Communication and relationship-building skills that clients notice
  
• An ownership mindset, nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
  
• Strategic thinking paired with real execution ability
  
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  
• Insurance or staffing experience is a plus (we'll train you either way)
  
• Based in the U.S., with reliable internet and a professional remote setup
  

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $80,000/year
  
• Variable incentive: 10–25% of base, performance-based
