Client Success Manager, Real Estate

We are a growing real estate company looking for a Client Success Manager to take ownership of our client experience from the moment a property goes under contract through closing and beyond.

You will not spend your day reading scripts or answering routine customer service calls. You will build relationships, solve real problems and help people successfully navigate one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives.

Every day will be different. Some days you will celebrate a smooth closing with a happy seller. Other days you may help track down an heir, gather information needed to release a lien or find a creative solution that keeps a complicated transaction moving forward.

What You’ll Own

• Become the main point of contact for clients after they go under contract
• Build trust with buyers and sellers through proactive, thoughtful communication
• Make sure clients always understand what is happening and what comes next
• Coordinate with our title company, clients and internal team to keep transactions moving toward closing
• Track important dates, documents and outstanding items
• Identify potential problems early and take ownership of finding solutions
• Help navigate occasional complex situations involving liens, heirs, missing information or other closing obstacles
• Follow up after closing and turn exceptional client experiences into reviews and referrals
• Maintain accurate notes, updates and next steps in our systems
• Organize your day through time blocking and thoughtful prioritization

Our title company carries most of the responsibility for resolving title issues. Your role is to stay connected to the process, help remove obstacles when needed and make sure our clients receive an exceptional experience throughout.

Experience in real estate, title, transaction coordination or client service is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.
