Execute quarterly digital touchpoints with assigned accounts. Initiate renewal strategy planning 12–18 months in advance. Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders Responsible for early risk identification, development and coordination of risk mitigation plans QualificationsQualifications: 3+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or customer-facing SaaS roles Experience executing digital engagement or scaled customer success programs Proficiency using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to manage customer lifecycle and engagement Ability to identify customer risk indicators and proactively initiate engagement Travel expectation: 5–10%   Coreforce is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
