Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to help us continue that tradition.
This is not a clinical case management position. Instead, you'll serve as the relationship manager for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from the moment services begin. You'll build strong client relationships, solve problems proactively, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure our clients remain satisfied with the care and service they receive.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professional referral partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Conduct regular in-home client visits to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients to ensure a seamless start of care.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Partner with our Scheduling and Operations teams to quickly resolve service concerns.
- Review and update client service plans to ensure they accurately reflect current needs and expectations.
- Investigate concerns, recommend solutions, and follow through until issues are resolved.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, service updates, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives, including supervisory visits and routine client touchpoints.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and other referral sources.
- Support company growth through exceptional client retention and customer service.
- Participate in occasional after-hours support as part of our leadership team.

Travel & Work Environment
This is a field-based position that requires regular travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to meet with clients, families, referral partners, and community professionals.
A company vehicle is provided for all work-related travel.
The position combines office work with time spent in the community and is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
Because Always Best Care provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours support are expected as part of our leadership team.
