About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will manage client relationships for a business services company supporting technology businesses. Your work will help clients get value from the services they use, strengthen retention, and identify opportunities to meet additional needs.
What You'll Do
Manage customer accounts and monitor retention, churn, net retention, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Identify opportunities to recommend and upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
Use CRM or customer management platforms to maintain account details and track client interactions.
Create and deliver customer presentations, training materials, and onboarding documentation.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, and document resolutions.
Analyze customer health and performance data to support account management.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role managing customer relationships and supporting retention.
Demonstrated success identifying upsell opportunities with existing clients.
Experience managing accounts, tracking customer metrics, and using CRM or customer management software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including experience creating client-facing materials and documenting issue resolution.
Background in SaaS, software, or subscription-based businesses, with experience using data or reports to assess customer health.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 to $135,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
