Founded in 1988 in Tennessee, Scopes Facility Services began with a focus on floor care for discount retailers, notably Dollar General, before expanding into landscape services and growing its footprint across the Southeast over three decades. 

Significant growth occurred in 2021 with the purchase of Creative Maintenance Systems (CMS) of Irvine, California, bringing white-glove janitorial and maintenance services into Scopes’ portfolio. About the Role: (The position is eligible for remote work)

The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the account management team to ensure seamless communication and execution of client projects. This position is responsible for coordinating between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality service and meet project deadlines. The Account Coordinator will manage schedules, track project progress, and assist in preparing reports and presentations that reflect client needs and campaign performance. By maintaining organized records and facilitating clear communication, this role helps to build strong client relationships and contributes to overall client satisfaction. Ultimately, the Account Coordinator ensures that all account activities run smoothly, enabling the team to achieve business objectives and foster long-term partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Background in advertising, marketing, or digital media industries.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or related fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on routine matters, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals by gathering and organizing relevant data and insights.
  • Monitor account activities and maintain detailed documentation to support account managers and leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as creative, marketing, and sales to facilitate project execution and resolve issues promptly.
