Leads client relationship management and commercial operations across assigned accounts through the delivery of integrated marketing, advertising, media, digital, experiential, and business solutions. Drives revenue growth, client retention, account expansion, and commercial performance by identifying opportunities, managing client needs, and ensuring the successful execution of multidisciplinary solutions. Acts as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, production, media, data, technology, and operations teams within fast-paced, matrixed environments. Oversees operational execution, workflow optimization, resource alignment, financial stewardship, and service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and alignment to client business objectives. Partners with internal teams to strengthen long-term client partnerships, support scalable business growth, and deliver solutions that meet evolving market and customer expectations.


$45,000 - $60,000 annually
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
