About Agency Eight
Agency Eight is a creator marketing agency focused on performance seeding, paid partnerships, and affiliate strategy for leading CPG and beauty brands. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams — helping them build community, drive content, and scale creator programs in a measurable way.
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing creator marketing team. In this role, you’ll be an essential support system across multiple client accounts — helping to execute influencer seeding programs, coordinate paid influencer campaigns, manage day-to-day creator communications, and keep reporting and data organized. This is a great opportunity for who is passionate about the creator economy, CPG and beauty brands, and building relationships with key talent stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Seeding Program Coordination
- Research, source, and vet creators for both always-on and campaign-based seeding programs
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets on Google Sheets, including setting up and maintaining basic formulas
- Manage DM and email inbox management for creator outreach and communication
- Support gifting logistics and coordination, including assisting the Operations team with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing deliverables
Client & Internal Communications
- Prepare for client calls by drafting agendas for managers to review and send
- Take detailed notes on client calls and contribute to discussions
- Send follow-up next steps and action items after meetings
- Proactively flag important DMs and communications to internal teams
Reporting & Data Management
- Compile performance data for weekly updates and monthly reports
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date campaign trackers
- Develop a strong working knowledge of tools like the Archive platform
Additional Support
- Support on special projects, such as events, PR mailers, and specialized campaigns
- Stay up to date on industry news and trends
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, talent management, or a related field
- Bonus: hands-on experience with influencer outreach or gifting programs
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Excellent written communication skills. You can draft a clear, on-brand outreach message or a concise meeting recap
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with or willingness to quickly learn tools like Archive, project management platforms, and influencer databases
- Deep knowledge and passion for marketing, the creator economy, and CPG brands.
Salary Range: $65,000
