 What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Customer Experience – Manage order entry, recommend products, provide demonstrations, and maintain proactive communication to ensure seamless account administration.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships – Develop partnerships that drive mutual success, setting Foster apart with a personalized, proactive approach.
  • Be Proactive & Solution-Oriented – Anticipate customer needs, minimize reactive issues, and continuously seek ways to improve service levels.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with internal teams to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Onboard & Support New Customers – Ensure a smooth transition for new partners by coordinating setup, training, and ongoing support.
  • Engage in Customer Visits – Strengthen relationships, increase sales, and educate customers on Foster’s full suite of solutions.
  • Help Customers Succeed – Provide insights into how their business decisions impact our ability to support their growth effectively.
  • Be a Culture Champion – Have fun, support the team, and contribute to making Foster an amazing place to work.
