Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA 30346Are you passionate about turning complex systems into seamless customer experiences? Do you enjoy solving problems, working cross-functionally, and seeing your work come to life in real-world implementations? We’re looking for an Implementation Specialist II to play a key role in delivering successful software implementations for utility clients. In this role, you’ll partner with customers and internal teams to configure, test, and deploy solutions that drive real operational impact. What You’ll Do Support and lead key phases of the implementation lifecycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Execute system configurations and validate solutions aligned to customer business needs Assist in managing implementation timelines and deliverables in partnership with Project Managers Analyze customer workflows and translate requirements into effective system configurations Perform detailed testing and validation to ensure high-quality outcomes Troubleshoot implementation issues, recommend solutions, and escalate when needed Work closely with Project Managers, Solution Designers, and Product teams to deliver on project goals Partner across the organization to align business needs with technical solutions Support customer training sessions, demos, and knowledge transfer activities Contribute to documentation including configurations, test cases, and processes Provide feedback to improve product functionality and implementation processes Participate in system testing and validation of new features and releases What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, systems integration, or similar technical role Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience (preferred) Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot data Experience working with databases (Oracle preferred) Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Collaborative mindset with a strong customer focus Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team success Experience in the utility industry, with an understanding of utility operations, workflows, or systems Working knowledge of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to billing, financial processes, or system integrations Experience supporting complex software implementations Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions A continuous improvement mindset and passion for learning Strong relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams Travel up to 25% (based on project needs) Flexible schedule may be required during key implementation phases What We Offer Outstanding Medical/Dental/Vision Education/Training Reimbursement Flexible Spending Account Health/Wellness Reimbursement Excellent Life and AD&D insurance Paid Time Off:  Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service. Volunteer Time: 8 hours per year Retirement: Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
