What’s in it for you?
Salary:$60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

The Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of Employee Benefits experience managing small groups
Licensed: Active Life & Health license
Software: Benefits administration software, Ease
Comprehensive Knowledge: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills.
Book of Business: Experience with small groups and large groups
The Key Responsibilities:
Managing small group accounts and some large groups.
Collaborate with carriers and clients to organize meetings and enrollments.
Prepare necessary paperwork and materials for all benefit presentations.
Utilize your benefits knowledge to explain coverage options and offer the best recommendations.
Build strong relationships with clients and earn their trust.
Responsible for processing endorsements, proposals, and renewals.
Communicate effectively when requesting information and important documentation.
