We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Customer Success Manager to own and drive the performance of key mortgage lending partners. In this role, you will shape account strategies, analyze performance data, and implement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with account teams, translating complex data into actionable insights, while building scalable processes that support growth. This position offers high visibility, impact across multiple accounts, and the opportunity to influence operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with excellent communication skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is motivated by helping partners achieve their business objectives. This role supports a hybrid or remote work environment, with a preference for Eastern Standard Time availability.
\n- Own and drive performance strategy for a portfolio of high-value mortgage lending partners, ensuring measurable ROI and growth.
- Develop and maintain scalable operational processes, playbooks, and frameworks to optimize customer success workflows.
- Analyze account data using Excel and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account deep-dives, communicating complex insights in a clear and compelling way to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience while maintaining accountability for performance outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency across customer success operations.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Strategy, or Consulting, preferably in Financial Services, Lending, Fintech, or BaaS.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero) to manage workflows and scale operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and drive business outcomes through data-informed decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and create structure in evolving processes.
- Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment during Eastern Standard Time hours.
