The Role
Zonda is seeking a Mortgage Customer Success Manager to support our growing Mortgage segment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to mortgage clients, helping them maximize value from Zonda’s data and platform solutions while ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-directed, tech-savvy, and passionate about building strong relationships. You will play a key role in client retention, satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term account success.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders and professionals in the mortgage industry
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the lifecycle
- Lead client trainings, platform walkthroughs, and online demonstrations to drive adoption and engagement
- Understand client goals and align Zonda solutions to meet their business needs
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support client success and resolve issues effectively
- Monitor customer activity, identify opportunities for growth, and proactively support client retention
- Maintain accurate client records and engagement updates in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Gainsight
- Travel as needed to support client relationships, training, and business needs

- Skilled at understanding customer needs and matching them with the right solutions
- Experienced using CRM platforms and managing client interactions in a structured, thoughtful way
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role
- Strong professional presence and exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
- Strong technical aptitude and CRM experience required; Salesforce and Gainsight experience preferred
- Experience in or interest in the housing industry, particularly new home development, is a plus
- A team-oriented mindset and strong commitment to customer success
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
