Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom to understand their needs

• Guide individuals and families through personalized coverage options and assist with the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate client records and deliver a professional, client-first experience

• Participate in team training sessions and collaborate with mentors for ongoing development

• Build long-term relationships with clients while developing your own career path

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Confident using Zoom and other virtual communication tools

• Passion for helping others and contributing to meaningful work

• Customer service or consultative experience is helpful but not required

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop or PC with a webcam
