Client Success Manager

AO Globe Life is growing, and we’re hiring Remote Client Support Specialists to join our mission-driven, fully remote team. This opportunity is a strong fit for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, communications, or anyone who thrives in a people-focused, service-driven environment.

We provide structured training, mentorship, and warm leads from individuals who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs, allowing you to build valuable experience while working from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Guide clients through available benefit options and assist with enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records and provide follow-up support

• Deliver professional, client-focused service throughout the process

• Participate in mentorship sessions, development programs, and team training

• Build positive client relationships while growing your professional skills

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Confident speaking on video and comfortable using digital tools

• Passion for helping others and contributing to service-focused work

• Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable internet connection

• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with a functioning webcam
