About the Role

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account (Sales) Executive to join our team in5>Bowling Green, KY.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:5>5>5>5>

  • Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory5>5>
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs5>5>
  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base5>5>
  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service5>5>
  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive5>5>
  • Provide account management for client’s day-to-day operations5>5>5>
  • Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth5>5>5>
  • Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business5>5>
  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base5>5>5>
  • Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner5>5>5>
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis5>5>

Minimum Qualifications:5>

  • High School Diploma5>

Preferred Qualification:5>

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of previous outside sales experience or account management5>5>

Additional Job Standards:5>

  • Proven success managing a book of business5>5>
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus5>
  • Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships5>5>
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal5>5>
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive market5>5>
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills5>5>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel5>5>
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed5>5>
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record5>5>
