About the Role
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values and vision of Network Health
- Appropriately apply all organizational, regulatory, and credentialing principles, procedures, requirements, regulations, and policies
- Manage existing and new TPA client start-ups, implementations, and ongoing program changes by maintaining and developing comprehensive plans for each client. Ensure these plans are updated on an ongoing basis with all current and relevant information concerning the client and/or the program requirement. Maintain on-going knowledge of project status to identify potential client issues and/or opportunities.
- Keep current with Network Health product release information, industry, and competitors. Collaborate with internal departments as appropriate for updates on processes, issues or concerns that need to be resolved.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent contact, which will include regular face-to-face meetings, telephone and email communication. About 25% of time will be direct on client communications and face-to-face meetings at client sites.
- Communicate key client’s goals and represent Network Health and client’s interests to the organization. Provide regular two-way communication between key clients and the company to meet expectations. Assume responsibility for business related key client communications, conflict resolution, and quality of key client deliverables. Ensure issues, when they arise, are dealt with in an efficient manner and that key clients are satisfied and their concerns are being addressed.
- Review major business deliverables (i.e., status documents, performance reports, account plans, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Interact closely with internal teams to gather, monitor and analyze performance data and return on investment analysis. Participate in the development and implementation of new/revised reports, systems and procedures that will support our product portfolio.
- Identify and support pursuit of opportunities for membership growth and new business by working closely with the sales executive team. Actively seek to increase the services offered to increase the income generated in conjunction with cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments to partner with key areas to deliver the best possible overall experience; measure effectiveness of the team by defining and tracking KPIs. Works with finance department to manage expenses to the established budget/plan.
- Develops strategy for the retention and growth of existing and new contracted business and supports significant TPA client relationships and key accounts.
