As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the post-sale lifecycle for strategic accounts like SpaceX and Apple. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, and renewals while building the foundational playbooks and systems that will scale our CS operations globally.

What you will do:

• Lead the full post-sale customer journey, including high-touch onboarding, product adoption strategies, and managing strategic renewals and expansions.

• Design and implement the CS operating model from scratch, creating health scores, MBR/QBR frameworks, and automated success plans.

• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and unblock technical hurdles for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses 3-5 years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience, specifically within a seed-stage or Series A startup environment.

• Demonstrates a revenue-driven mindset with the ability to balance hands-on account management with strategic system building and process design.

• Exhibits strong technical curiosity and the ability to navigate complex engineering workflows to help users realize maximum value from the Copilot platform.
