Preferred Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
• You know commercial insurance inside and out, including different coverage options and endorsements
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• You’re comfortable using AMS/CRM systems like HawkSoft, Veruna, or EzLynx

The Position:

• Service a book of small-midsize commercial accounts
• You’ll be the primary contact for your clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and coverage
• Handle renewals to make adjustments, you’ll ensure policies stay up to date and continue to meet client needs
• Explaining coverage options, negotiating renewals, or preventing coverage gaps
• You’ll work closely with producers, customer service reps, and underwriters to find the best solutions for your clients
