AGENCY CLIENT SUCCESS ASSOCIATE, ACTIVATION (G1)

SUMMARY
The Agency Client Success Associate, Activation will play a critical role in executing media campaigns across Non-Endemic, Alcohol Beverage, and Pharma verticals. This role is responsible for translating client strategy into flawless campaign activation, optimization, and delivery across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels.
You will partner closely with Agency Client Partnerships Executives, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, meet regulatory requirements where applicable, and deliver against client objectives.
This role requires strong activation expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate at speed across a high volume of campaigns, while maintaining a high bar for quality and client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Activation & Execution
- Own end-to-end campaign activation across Non-Endemic, Alc-Bev, and Pharma campaigns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Translate client strategy and briefs into executable campaign setups across KPM platforms and partners
- Manage campaign intake, QA, trafficking, and launch readiness
- Pacing, Optimization & Performance
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance; proactively identify risks and optimization opportunities
- Partner with Client Partnerships Executives and Sales to ensure campaigns deliver against KPIs and client expectations
- Support delivery of clear, actionable performance insights and wrap reporting
- Vertical Expertise (Non-Endemic, Alc-Bev, Pharma)
- Apply understanding of category-specific nuances, including regulatory considerations (e.g., Pharma, Alcohol) and non-endemic advertiser needs
- Ensure campaigns align with compliance requirements, targeting standards, and measurement expectations
- Cross-Channel Activation
- Execute campaigns across onsite, offsite (programmatic/DSP), and in-store media, ensuring seamless coordination across channels
- Partner with product and activation teams to leverage available capabilities and drive innovation
- Client & Agency Support
- Support Agency Client Partnerships Executives in delivering a high-quality client experience
- Assist with audience sizing, campaign planning inputs, and activation recommendations
- Manage client onboarding, platform access, and respond to billing/invoicing inquiries
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards for accuracy, organization, and execution across a high volume of campaigns
- Identify and recommend improvements to activation workflows, tools, and processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Campaign Operations, Creative, Product, and Data Science teams
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital media activation, campaign management, or ad operations (retail media or agency experience preferred)
- Experience working across programmatic, onsite media, or retail media networks
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and take action
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with regulated categories (Pharma, Alcohol) is a plus

- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
