About the Role

To be considered for this position, you must live in Overland Park/Kansas City metro to fulfill a Hybrid schedule.

Multi Service Fuel Cardis looking fora highly skilledAccount Manager with a can-do attitudefor our Fuel Cardproduct.We are a progressive global transaction management company specializing in billing and payment solutions with a strong commitment to our customers. This position serves as afront-linepoint of contact and is responsible for retaining our customer base, increasing the profitability oftheirportfolio, and developingstrong relationships withkeyaccounts.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Retainand growa book of business by building relationships with customers and acting as their advocate
  • Analyze current customer behavior and conducthigh volume outboundphonecalls
  • Consultclientsonnewtoolstodrive adoption
  • Serve as thecustomer’sprimary point of contact and build long term strategic relationships with decion-makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through upselling and cross-selling
  • Achieve or exceed revenue goals
  • Work with customers, support staff, and third parties to develop and implement solutionsto customer issues; ensure that the customer experience is world class.
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients. TheAccount Manageris expected to have specific information regarding daily operations of thecompany and keep theclient updated
  • Assist customers through email, phone, and online presentations
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Required skills and experience:

  • Previous experience with CRM systems is required
  • Salesforceand/orService Cloud preferred
  • Familiarity with trucking industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable with ability tooptimizeperformance based on feedback
  • Ability to effectivelyidentifyproblems and implement a solution
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in team and independent environments
  • Highly motivated and organizedwith a life-long learner mentality
  • Ability to prioritize work in afast-pacedenvironment
  • Desire to improve existing processes and embrace change
  • Thrives in afast-pacedenvironment
  • Proficient inMicrosoftExcel, Word,Outlook&PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle high volume of emails (sending and receiving)
