Account Manager

Position Summary

The Landscape Account Manager oversees all aspects of landscape maintenance accounts within an assigned geographic area. This role manages client relationships, supervises field operations, ensures quality standards, drives operational efficiency, and supports personnel development.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily landscape operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and contract compliance.
Develop and execute client and crew operation plans.
Coordinate routing and scheduling for optimal productivity.
Monitor irrigation systems and address performance issues.
Manage crew equipment needs.
Identify and report out‑of‑scope work.
Conduct routine property inspections and provide weekly updates.
Review and manage service tickets.
Implement improved techniques and best practices.
Maintain proactive client communication and respond within one business day.
Manage contract discussions and renewals.
Support crew training, coaching, hiring, and performance management.
Mentor employees for advancement and enforce company policies.
Monitor labor trends, budgets, and ensure accurate billing.
Review records for compliance.
Ensure safe work practices, analyze incidents, and address safety trends.
Support safety training and respond promptly to safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 8+ years of landscape maintenance experience.
  
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Commercial Pesticide License preferred.
• English fluency; Spanish preferred.
