About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team at altafiber, a leading telecommunications company in the greater Cincinnati Region. As an Account Executive focused on Condo partnerships in the multi-family dwelling sector, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive new business, develop client relationships, and ensure client retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, identifying entrepreneurial enterprises, and implementing strategies.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to execute marketing agreements within Condo multi dwelling unit market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate ROE (right of entry) and Marketing agreements with Condo boards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and campaigns targeting the multi-family dwelling market.
- Implement effective relationship and management strategies, ensuring long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, hosting clients at various events.
- Work with the internal engineering, project, construction, and installation cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site access with the MTU/MDU.
- 7+ Years sales experience (preferably in telecommunications)
- Knowledge of the Residential Multi Dwelling Unit segment preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Two years of College or Technical School resulting in an Associate's Degree or equivalent

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of the multi-family dwelling market and its unique dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive new business and client growth.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to identify and cultivate relationships with entrepreneurial enterprises and portfolio owners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
