Job Title: Account Coordinator

Salary: $40-60k depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to support our school portrait and yearbook accounts. In this role, you will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to coordinate scheduling, manage account details, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our school partners.

Visual Image Photography is a 3rd generation, family-and woman-owned organization providing full-service photography to southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois since 1950. We provide a wide variety of photography services, from traditional, timeless portraits in the style of the old masters to exciting, cutting-edge images.

Key Responsibilities:

Support onboarding of new school accounts and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Coordinate and schedule photography sessions, retakes, and related services
Serve as a point of contact for school partners, providing timely and professional communication
Track and manage events, calendars, and project details to ensure deadlines are met
Lead yearbook production, including data coordination, proofing, and order support
Help manage data requests, exports, and ID card orders
Support invoicing and tracking of services as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus
Friendly and positive hard-working attitude!

Preferred:

Experience in account management, project management, or a client-facing role
Familiarity with school environments, photography services, or yearbook production not needed but is a plus
Reliable transportation - some driving to meet with school clients may be required
