Role Description

The VP of Customer Success will drive strategic client leadership and growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Establish, lead, and grow relationships with top biopharma/healthcare clients
  • Drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion
  • Build and scale our Customer Success function (e.g., processes, KPIs, and playbooks) and team
  • Partner closely with Operations team to ensure delivery
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team shaping company growth

This is a full-time role, based in the US. New York or Boston are preferred, but other locations and/or hybrid models are also considered.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Significant experience in biopharma, life sciences services, or healthcare consulting
  • Executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships
  • Experience scaling teams and processes in a growing organization
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth
