About the Role

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the United States.

This role is focused on driving success for high-value enterprise customers by acting as a trusted strategic partner throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with ecommerce brands to help them maximize value from an advanced SMS marketing platform, ensuring they achieve strong engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and data-driven consulting to guide customers in optimizing their marketing performance. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to influence product improvements and ensure seamless customer experiences. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will play a key role in shaping customer strategies and unlocking growth opportunities. Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level ecommerce customers, acting as their strategic advisor.
  • Drive product adoption and ensure customers fully leverage platform capabilities to achieve measurable ROI and business growth.
  • Lead strategic consulting sessions to identify opportunities, optimize SMS marketing strategies, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Develop tailored success plans focused on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Support teams to resolve technical issues and share customer feedback to improve platform functionality.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and internal systems to streamline workflows and enhance customer engagement efficiency.
  • Analyze customer performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on ecommerce and marketing trends to proactively guide customers and inform internal strategy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within SaaS, ecommerce, or marketing technology.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce business models and digital marketing strategies, particularly SMS or lifecycle marketing (preferred).
  • Experience working with enterprise or high-growth customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and leverage complex SaaS platforms and AI-powered tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently in a remote environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in sales or account expansion activities is a plus.
