Sales Account Manager – Multifamily 

Location: Houston, Texas

We’re seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to build strong relationships with apartment communities and property management companies. If you thrive in sales, enjoy networking, and want to make an impact in the multifamily housing market, this role is for you.


Job Responsibilities:

•   Develop and maintain relationships with property managers and apartment communities 

•   Provide accurate measurements and timely bids using company tools 

•   Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-through 

•   Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities 

•   Manage contracts, orders, and account collections with precision 

•   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

u Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

u Measure Square a plus

u Organized and detail-oriented with a drive to succeed 

u Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) 

u Reliable transportation  

u 1 year minimum outside sales experience
