Join our 142-year-old, family-owned manufacturing company in Springdale, AR, as a Regional Sales Manager for our Central territory. This role is not just about managing accounts—it’s about fostering strong relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and driving business growth across a vast region.

Your Territory & Travel
The region is yours to own and grow. You’ll need exceptional time management and strategic planning skills to effectively cover this extensive territory, with travel expectations of 75%-80%—primarily driving in a company-provided pickup truck. Your ability to efficiently schedule customer visits and maximize face-to-face interactions will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the region.
- Educate and support customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, maintain customer records, and generate sales reports to drive informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to align with strategic company goals.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to expand industry connections and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in sales (5+ years), preferably in mining, demolition, or construction industries.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills—you understand that trust drives sales.
- Strategic mindset with excellent time management—this territory is vast, and efficiency is key.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to keep customer interactions organized and effective.
- Resides within the territory and holds a valid driver’s license.
