ADAMS MultiMedia (AMM) owns and operates over 130 community newspapers across the United States. 

We currently have a position open for a Sales Executive.  On the job training is available for the right individuals. These roles have a base salary plus a commission or bonus. The more you help clients, the more you earn!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate products and services.

  • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease.

  • Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times.

  • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use

  • Familiarize yourself with current information about the company, services and products available for customers.

  • Accurately record your activity, customer information, sales orders, and other information as required, digitally or in written form.

Qualifications:

  • Reliability: able to commit to a 40 hour work week, be on time and ready to work daily Monday through Friday.

  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the customer service and sales team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and basic math skills.

  • Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds, assisting walk-in customers as well as via outbound telephone calls and, as appropriate, in-person visits to client locations.

  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.

  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in training and professional development.

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment.
