Job Purpose
Our Team Sales Division leads the effort for us to reach our goal to be the #1 team uniform supplier in the US. In this role, you will be an active member of our Team Sales Division, and will work alongside our Account Managers to service existing accounts and to grow sales in their markets. 

The Inside Account Manager will handle Team (Soccer and Multi-Sport) contacts for multiple Account Managers in their assigned territory. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to provide legendary service to our customers, are passionate about team sports and enjoy closing the sale!  You must be comfortable working in a hybrid/office environment, making/taking dozens of calls and emails per day, generating price quotes, overcoming objections, data entry, closing sales, and following up on all active accounts to ensure legendary customer service.

Major Accountabilities/ Essential Duties 
  • Assistance with account management on assigned accounts
  • Relationship management
  • Uniform selection
  • Assist in driving sales growth on assigned accounts/territory
  • Assist in bringing sales opportunities to a close
  • Accurate placement of orders in CRM system
  • Customer Support: Phone and email support for Account Managers.
  • Provides accurate information regarding team products, orders placed, package tracking, shipping and other assistance to help meet and exceed customers' needs.
  • Maintains strong professional relationships with customer base, and takes a proactive approach to resolve customer complaints through identifying the root cause of the issue and makes positive recommendations for resolution.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Support Account Managers while they are out of the office on sales trips by servicing existing accounts through placing orders, creating quotes, following up on quotes/orders, and establishing new accounts through sourcing efforts which include placing outbound sales calls.
  • Consistently monitors competition, and gathers information on marketplace trends, pricing, new products and marketing/merchandising techniques and provides monthly written reports on competitor activity and trends for assigned territory.
  • Create and update partner account contracts based on submissions from account managers
  • Ensure that contracts follow documented guidelines in regards to pricing, rebate, and product selection. 
  • Proof sites and images after articles publish. 
  • Create and update Fan Gear articles using FGM/DTM
  • Work with account managers to complete logo proof requests through AMS.
Qualifications        
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Windows computer base systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to proactively resolve customer issues and establish and maintain positive rapport with clients.
  • Internally motivated to achieve goals with an ability to work both independently and as part of a team to exceed sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Must be able to effectively navigate the internet; use search engines and cold call potential clients to grow sales in assigned territory.
  • Order entry/CRM experience preferred
