We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of Nox Connect across health systems and sleep labs. This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing end-to-end implementations—from post-sale handoff through go-live and early adoption.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales and delivering a high-quality onboarding experience that sets customers up for long-term success.
What you'll do
Implementation Ownership
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new Nox Connect customers
- Take ownership of client relationships immediately following contract signature
- Define project scope, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Project Management
- Develop and manage detailed implementation plans and project timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional resources (Sales, Product, Engineering, Support)
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Client Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for health systems and sleep lab stakeholders
- Conduct kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and executive check-ins
- Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and IT teams
Technical & Workflow Enablement
- Guide clients through system configuration, integrations, and workflow setup
- Support onboarding of users, including clinicians and administrative staff
- Deliver training sessions and ensure readiness for go-live
Go-Live & Early Adoption
- Lead go-live planning and execution
- Monitor early usage and proactively address issues or gaps
- Ensure a smooth transition to Customer Success or Account Management
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tools, and documentation
- Contribute to scalable playbooks as Nox Connect grows
Additional Responsibilities
- As part of the greater Product Specialist team, there may be opportunities for this role to assist with custom report building for customers who use our Noxturnal software platform.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or healthcare technology
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems, hospitals, or clinical environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred
- Experience in sleep medicine, remote patient monitoring, or diagnostic workflows
- Familiarity with healthcare integrations (e.g., EMR/EHR systems, HL7, APIs)
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification
