As a Customer Success Specialist at PIX4D, you are the day-to-day partner for our clients across North America. You are responsible for ensuring that our users don’t just "buy" our software, but "adopt" it into their core business workflows. You will act as a Success Architect, engaging with prospects during the pre-sales phase and guiding customers through the entire lifecycle to ensure maximum ROI and long-term retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:Proactive Adoption & Pre-Sales Engagement- Success Discovery: Partner with Sales during the pre-sales and trial phases to define clear success criteria and technical workflows for prospects
- Onboarding Execution: Own the post-sale handoff, leading technical implementation and training sessions to ensure customers achieve speed-to-value quickly across the PIX4D ecosystem (PIX4Dfields, PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dcloud)
- Workflow Consulting: Act as a technical advisor, helping users transition from manual field processes to sophisticated 2D/3D photogrammetry deliverables
- Active Health Management: Regularly monitor key account health metrics (usage frequency, processing volume, license utilization) and initiate proactive outreach to "at-risk" users throughout their lifecycle and before they reach the renewal window.
- Commercial Support: Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within your portfolio and collaborate with Sales to close them
- Value Realization: Collaborate with Sales to prepare and lead periodic business reviews for key accounts and Resellers, documenting and presenting the tangible time and cost savings the customer has achieved
- The Voice of the User: Document and funnel specific user feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams to improve the user experience
- Training & Community: Deliver webinars, "office hours," and in-person training events in collaboration with the Training & Education team
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and success plans within HubSpot to ensure a data-driven approach to account management
For Colorado-based hires: Compensation Range: Base range is $61K to $83K with additional quarterly bonuses based on performance, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
- Experience: 2+ years in a client-facing SaaS role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support), ideally within geospatial, ag-tech, construction, telecom, or field service industries
- Bias for Action: A "proactive" mindset where you don’t wait for a problem to arise; you reach out to customers to optimize their workflows
- Communication: Ability to explain and demonstrate complex technical concepts (like coordinate systems or point clouds) to a technical or non-technical audience
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you may be talking to a spray-drone operator in the morning and a GIS director in the afternoon
- Travel: Willingness to travel 20-30% for client site visits, industry trade shows, and regional roadshows
Bonus Points
- Hands-on experience with the PIX4D ecosystem (PIX4Dfields, PIX4Dmatic, PIX4Dcatch, PIX4Dcloud, etc.)
- Proven success in helping teams move from traditional/manual processes to digital, technology-driven workflows.
- Experience working in or with industries that leverage GIS, UAVs, and Photogrammetry, as well as an understanding of decentralized environments like Telecom (Tower Inspections), Utilities (Line Inspections), or Renewable Energy (Solar/Wind).
