Summary

The Customer Success Manager is critical to the success of the sales organization and is focused on enterprise customers and key accounts. The Customer Success Manager will ensure that all aspects of strategic customer relationships are executed professionally and with exceptional customer care. Duties include managing high value customer relationships and working cross-functionally within the SENS organization to drive exceptional customer outcomes. The position requires excellent inter-personal, communication, organizational, and project management skillsets.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle interactions of strategic high value customers with the goal of creating highly referenceable customers. 
  • Provide continuous correspondence including orders status, delivery status and details, quotes, pricing updates, forecast review, and other technical/commercial requests. 
  • Maintain & share as appropriate, a 360-degree view of their global SENS relationship.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner. 
  • Understand SENS’ product portfolio and maintain a constant eye toward new business opportunities.
  • Internal and Organizational Communications.
  • Manage highly proactive inter-team & departmental communications to keep SENS’ customer commitments and collaborate with sales team to communicate potential new pipeline opportunities and high value contacts.
  • Update all aspects of the customer relationship in SENS CRM system.
  • Provide guidance regarding account coverage, organizational structure, and operational deliverables to ensure strategic accounts are prioritized.
  • Communicate with customers’ SENS channel partners as necessary to delight clients.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing relationships, strategic accounts, and/or project management within a sales team. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take ownership to drive customer outcomes.
  • Ability to develop technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with ability to become proficient in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.


Location: This position is located in Longmont, CO with the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule once fully trained.


Base Compensation: Compensation for this role includes base pay plus variable pay (commission) for a total on-target earnings (OTE). OTE is calculated as the annual base salary plus the projected annual commission at 100% quota attainment. The base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $106,000 with the opportunity to earn variable commission at 100% quota attainment for a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $85,000 - $125,000.

 

Closing Date: May 15th. While we expect to keep the position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed early based on applicant volume and hiring needs.
