Customer Account Coordinator

International Paper has an immediate opening for a Customer Account Coordinator at our Springhill Container corrugated box plant.

 

Responsibilities  include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate customer communications via telephone, fax and e-mail
  • Accurately enter customer orders into order entry system
  • Communicate status of orders to customers
  • Initiate entry of customer complaints into the customer feedback system
  • Produce estimates and quotations for customers
  • Coordinate warehouse inventories
  • Reorder and ship quantities based on established parameters
  • Work with operations and utilize scheduling system to achieve on-time customer deliveries
  • Work with sales staff to ensure accurate and timely customer communications.
  • Accounts Receivable dispute management involvement

 

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to perform math functions including working with fractions, manipulating and recording figures to provide accurate quantities, estimating and quotations
  • Strong computer skills including agility in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work within an order management and plant booking system
  • Experience in order management, backlog management, inventory management, customer communication, and inter-departmental communications
  • Able to handle complex accounts with a strong process and detail-orientation and approaches problem-solving with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
  • Able to effectively multi-task and prioritize time and work
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
