Qualifications Needed to Thrive:

• Active P&C license
• 4+ years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage
• Proven track record of maintaining a book of business composed of contractors, real estate, and construction accounts
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols

The Position:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
• Provide exceptional customer service, built on trust and professionalism
• Marketing new and renewal business
• Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
• Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and other related matters
• Assist with the gathering of renewal exposure information for the producer
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
• Manage information requests and documentation effectively
• Prepare thorough applications for submission, incorporating underwriting information from producers

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year
