The What

As a Customer Success Manager in our Mid-Market segment, you will be at the center of this mission. You will partner closely with security leaders, guiding them to build effective programs that protect thousands of employees and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role combines Customer Success and Account Management responsibilities, with ownership of a portfolio of customers and responsibility for both customer outcomes and commercial outcomes. You will ensure customers realize value from the platform while managing the overall commercial relationship, including renewals, upsell, and account growth.

This is a revenue-carrying role where success is measured by retention, renewals, and expansion across your portfolio. You will operate as both a strategic advisor to your customers and the commercial owner of your accounts, responsible for building long-term partnerships and driving customer growth over time.

You will be the strategic partner your customers rely on to get the most out of Hoxhunt. In mid-market, this means guiding companies typically between 1,000 and 3,500 employees. Some will look to you for best practices, others will need your help demonstrating value to their leadership teams. In every case you will guide them to unlock results that matter, while building strong and lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and take responsibility for their overall success, retention, and growth.

  • Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell execution for your portfolio, including managing commercial conversations such as pricing, packaging, and contracts.

  • Drive customer adoption and ensure customers realize clear, measurable value from Hoxhunt.

  • Guide customers in building and running effective security awareness and operations programs.

  • Use data and reporting to track customer progress, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action.

  • Prioritize effectively across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment and manage your book of business in a structured way.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts to deliver on strategic outcomes and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Commercial Customer Success, Account Management, Sales (e.g. Account Executive) in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of delivering renewals, upsell, and cross-sell results.

  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Confidence in building trust and developing relationships across multiple stakeholders.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions.

  • Comfort with technology and eagerness to adopt new tools, including AI, in your daily work.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the courage to improve and challenge existing ways of working.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Minneapolis office. The annual compensation includes a base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 USD, with variable pay bringing the total on-target earnings to $110,000 to $130,000 USD.
