About the Role

Gateway Search is working with a high-performing, sustainability-focused service company in South Jersey to fill a full time, permanent Customer Service role that offers long-term growth.


The CSM will be the primary heartbeat of the client experience—handling everything from the first call to the final walkthrough for service projects.
 

Lead the Client Journey: Act as the sole point of contact from initial inquiry through project completion.

Strategic Scheduling: Qualify leads and manage crew logistics based on urgency and priority.

Proactive Coordination: Bridge the gap between clients and field crews to ensure seamless execution.

Project Closeout: Manage call tracking, drive our Google Review program, and ensure 100% satisfaction.




Requirements

4+ years in high-volume customer service, scheduling, or client management in the project-based industries (construction, home services, tree services, grading/drainage, landscaping, or fence installation)
Multitasker who stays calm under pressure and builds rapport instantly,
Proficient with CRM tools.
