Job DetailsJob Location: Gilbert, AZ 85295Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $50,000.00Summary: Safety Services Company is looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) who excels at creating unique and memorable partnerships with each of their clients. This candidate will successfully manage all contractor compliance systems, services, and products for their clients. Our team is committed to exceeding client expectations and creating experiences that “wow” our clients.   How our Client Success Manager spends their time: Exceed customer expectations in all services, products, and interactions out of a genuine love for people and safety; Engage directly with clients, maintaining strong partnerships and authentic relationships; Manage third-party contractor compliance systems and ongoing maintenance for all clients; Coordinate with and educate clients on safety compliance documentation requirements to maintain strong compliance scores/ratings; Proactively identify opportunities resolving them before they become an issue; Maintain a high level of data entry quality in partnership with a virtual assistant to ensure contractor compliance rating integrity and overall client success; Actively seeks to understand and empathize with clients by demonstrating patience and showing genuine interest in their overall success; Clarifies to understand and probes deeper by asking insightful questions and looking for ways create ways for the client to win in all areas of their business.   What We Bring  Work-life balance: Paid holidays, sick leave, and unlimited vacation time off.  Health: Affordable insurance options for medical, dental, and vision.  Growth: Career pathing, leadership development, and ongoing training.  Culture: A values-driven workplace rooted in love for people, authenticity, continuous improvement, and collective growth.
