The Role and Responsibility
Ironwall is hiring our first Channel Account Manager to drive partner acquisition and scale through distributors and resellers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Define and execute a channel recruitment strategy
• Identify, onboard, and enable distributors and VARs
• Grow and manage a portfolio of high-performing reseller partners
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
• Collaborate closely with direct sales and marketing
• Build relationships with partners through training, events, and sales support programs
• Own the full channel sales cycle, from onboarding new resellers, to growing within their ecosystem and building the internal credibility
• Own partner generated and partner influenced pipeline
Qualifications
• 5+ years of channel management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of the reseller lifecycle and partner relationship building
• Established network of channel partners, distributors and resellers especially in the government space
• Proven track record of success
• Ability to work with cross teams in technology, marketing, and direct sales
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Start-up mindset and getting satisfaction from building an infrastructure for success at an industry-leading organization
• Willingness to travel
Value Adds include:
