We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive specializing in IT solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for technology sales and business development. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and account management to build lasting client relationships and expand our market presence. *This position requires full-time professional commitment and prohibits outside employment or business activities that create a conflict of interest. Compensation: Base Salary + Commissions (paid monthly) 1st Year Expected Earnings Range from $70,000 - $92,000 Duties Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers Conduct discovery meetings to assess IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, print, and workflow needs Sell managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, and related technologies Identify opportunities where copier and document solutions align with client IT and operational goals Collaborate with IT engineers and solutions specialists to design and present tailored solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Benefits:   401(k) 401(k) matching schedule Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Qualifications Requirements 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technology, IT services, or related field preferred) Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, and close deals Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Comfortable with both in-person and virtual sales meetings Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred) Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel within assigned territory
