The account manager (AM)His responsible forHmanaging client accounts, buildingHrelationshipsHandHactsHas the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build andHmaintainHpositive relationships with account contacts ensuring long-term retention and loyalty. HH
IdentifyHgrowth opportunities through upselling or cross-sellingHadditionalHservices to existing accounts. HH
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met, andHdeliverablesHare aligned to address client goals.H
Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute unique solutions to resolve client issuesHthrough toHcompletion and ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. H HH
Conduct well-prepared meetings with decision makers; get results by askingHappropriate questionsHthat qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value andHassistHclients in addressing issues they are facing. HH
Conduct market research and stay informed of market dynamics,HcompetitorsHand industry trends toHidentifyHopportunities and risks. HH
Create proposals and presentations tailored to specific clients and specific opportunities.H
Update client relationship management software daily to document business development activity that meets or exceeds established metrics while alsoHmaintainingHaccurateHprobability for each opportunity in the pipeline. HH
ActivelyHparticipateHin company meetings including regular pipeline reviews, sales teamHmeetingsHand company training sessions. HH

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:H
H
Minimum of 3HyearsHcustomer service experience.
Minimum 5HyearsHlandscaping experience.
Must have aHvalidH Driver’sHLicense andHmaintainHa clean driving record.

Level Requirements:HH
H
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, horticulture or other related field, or 4 years of customer service experience in the horticulture industryH
Strong customer service and interpersonalHskillsH,H
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that allows the employee to be covered by the company’s insurance company H HH
Adept at using Microsoft Office365 and online sales tracking tools HH
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skillsH
Comfortable working in a highly digitized and electronic environment HH
Ability to communicate effectively English, both verbal and writtenH
Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentH
