Requirements

 Core Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation 
• Experience managing shipper relationships and day-to-day freight operations 
• Proven ability to build trust with customers and carriers 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment 
• High School Diploma or GED preferred  

Physical Expectations

• Sedentary work – sit at a desk, use a computer and a phone for most of the day
• Repetitive motion – type on a computer, write or dial on a phone
• Hearing – be able to receive detailed information through oral communication
• Talking – expressing or exchanging ideas by speaking when necessary
• Visual – be able to see a computer screen, read reports and/or information
• Pushing, pulling and/or lifting objects 25lbs or less
