About the Role
About ThetaRay:
ThetaRay provides AI-driven anti-financial crime technology used by global banks and fintech’s to detect money laundering and financial crime.
Our New York office is a key GTM hub, focused on building our presence and customer base across North America.
As an Account Executive on our fintech team, you will drive new business, own the full sales cycle, and close complex deals ($80k–$200k+ ARR)
What you’ll work on:
- Driving new logo acquisition across banks, fintechs, and payment providers
- Managing end-to-end sales cycles from demo through to close
- Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer needs
- Delivering product demos and presenting value-driven solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships throughout the sales process
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and activity in Salesforce
- Achieving quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling financial crime, RegTech, fintech, or payments solutions
- Track record of closing $80k+ ARR deals
- Experience managing full sales cycles and multiple opportunities in parallel
- Experience selling via video conferencing (Zoom, Teams)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Additional languages are a plus
Salary: $125k - $150k + Double OTE.
